PASADENA – Sexual assault and drug charges were filed by the District Attorney’s office today against two men accused of molesting three high school girls in Pasadena this week.

One of the defendants – 41-year-old Stephen Kyle Mack (dob 6-21-1967) – is in custody and is scheduled to appear for arraignment this afternoon in Department N of Pasadena Superior Court. The other defendant – 42-year-old Brian Lee Hudson (11-20-1966) – remains at large.

Case No. GA 076051 charges Mack, of Pasadena, with one count of rape of an unconscious person. He also is charged with three counts of contact with a minor for a sexual offense and three counts of furnishing marijuana to a 14-year-old. All the charges are felonies.

Hudson is charged with three counts of contact with a minor for a sexual offense, three counts of furnishing marijuana to a 14-year-old, one count of rape by use of drugs or alcohol, one count of oral copulation by drugs or an intoxicant, two counts of digital penetration of a drugged or intoxicated person, and one count of lewd act on a minor. The complaint also alleged prior convictions for robbery in 1992 and burglary in 1996.

Bail for Mack was recommended at $435,000. Hudson’s bail was recommended at $1.835 million.

Authorities said the victims left school on Monday and went to Paseo Colorado, the downtown outdoor mall, where they met the defendants. The sexual assaults occurred after the victims left the mall with the men and went to an abandoned house in the area, authorities said.

A neighbor summoned police about 2:30 p.m. after one of the girls began screaming.
