LOS ANGELES – The operator of a property tax reassessment

that appeared governmental today was sentenced to 250 hours of

Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Nakaki of the Consumer
Protection Division said Sean McConville, 29, pleaded guilty to a
dozen misdemeanor counts of disclosure violation for unsolicited
mailing.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald Rose also sentenced the
defendant to three years summary probation and ordered him to pay

substantial fees.
