A 31-year-old man today admitted to sexually assaulting two women and a 13-year-old girl in 2016, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Deputy District Attorney Safaan Ahmed said Salvador Martinez of Los Angeles pleaded no contest to one count each of forcible rape, forcible oral copulation, forcible lewd act upon a child and assault with intent to commit rape.

Sentencing is scheduled on July 1 in Department T of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Norwalk Branch. The defendant faces 26 years in state prison as a result of the negotiated plea.

On Aug. 15, 2016, Martinez sexually assaulted the mother of his children in Bell Gardens. Two months later, he broke into an apartment in Maywood and sexually assaulted a 13-year-old victim, the prosecutor said.

On Nov. 13, 2016, the defendant broke into another apartment in Maywood and sexually assaulted a 36-year-old woman, the prosecutor added. The defendant then fled the area and was found and arrested in Stanford a few days later.
